In the production of marmalades and jams, a crucial factor that ensures the authenticity of flavours is the cultivation of fruit. The care for the cultivation and maintenance of fruit trees is entrusted to experienced experts who respect the ripening time to enrich the fruits and ensure the natural fullness of flavours, retaining the natural aromas. Knowledge, passion and perseverance are preconditions for the excellence of our products.
We source our fruit raw material from the Croatian market, with an emphasis on fruit within a 100 km radius of our factory, but also from the markets in the region, the European Union and beyond. The raw material for processing is stored next to the production line in an air-conditioned and cold storage warehouses. In production, we use fresh seasonal fruits such as plums, cherries, apricots, strawberries, figs, berries, and citrus fruits, but also chilled or frozen fruits. We also use our own fruit semi-finished products such as fruit concentrates, various pulps and purees.
