The factory has two separate production lines used for manufacturing different types of products. The first line is dedicated to producing jams, organic jams, fruit spreads, marmalades, jellies and concentrated fruit, while the second is intended for producing compotes and fruit in their own juice.
Raw materials undergo thorough inspection before entering the production line, followed by preparation and cooking time according to strictly controlled procedures to ensure the highest product quality of the product. After cooking, the finished product is filled in appropriate packaging and labelled according to quality standards. Product quality control is a key element in all stages of production.
State-of-the-art technology, based on a closed cycle from raw material input to the output of the finished product, allows the Nutrifit FOOD factory to produce top quality fruit products. The line capacities vary depending on the type of products being manufactured.
Nutrifit FOOD produces various types of fruit products, primarily jams, marmalades, preserves, fruit spreads, compotes, fruit purees and natural juices. In addition to this, the factory also manufactures semi-finished products for industrial use, thermostable fruit fillings for the bakery industry, 100% plum and apple mousses, frozen fruit, sour cherries in their own juice and many other fruit products. All products are natural, without artificial food additives and colours, flavour enhancers or preservatives. They are prepared according to traditional recipes, but with a touch of modern flavour combinations.
