About This Project
So small, yet so powerful and juicy – strawberries ripen on the fertile soil of Croatian growers. Sensitive to natural disturbances, they must be handled with great care and attention to reach our jar under ideal harvesting and preparation conditions.
Full of flavour, with 75 g of fruit per 100 g of product, and just a little added sugar, this jam enjoys the true natural taste and aroma of strawberries that we remember from our childhood. With a rounded taste and a small number of added ingredients to keep the original strawberry flavour, this jam is an ideal start to the day. Put on a piece of toast or pancakes, it will certainly give an energy boost to every child before going to kindergarten or school.
